If you scream, you start over. "Don't Scream" is a short Unreal Engine 5 horror experience inspired by found camcorder footage from the 1990s. It was created by independent developers. The challenge is simple: explore the mysterious Pineview Forest for 18 minutes without screaming.
Sounds easy, right? But there's a catch. Time only progresses when you move, and you can't predict the scares. You have to calibrate your in-game microphone so that every snort, jump, or even slight squeak is registered as a scream, which adds to the challenge. With so many dynamic scares, each playthrough offers a unique experience.
It's the perfect game to wear out your friends and family. The main playthrough attempt (which is also my wife) is currently in a recovery clinic.Minimum
