ago, at the pinnacle of the High Kingdom of Aerovan, a group of seers viewed the legends of a powerful force they believed to be the origin of life; this they called 'Gan,' although modern peoples know it as 'Divinia.' The ancients sought to use Gan as a weapon; in doing so, their malicious intentions gave birth to the harmful Gan-Ti, or 'Anti-Life.' By inserting Gan-Ti into artifacts, the god-like High Kings ruled the Aerovan Peninsula with an iron fist. Eventually, a revolt arose, and a guild of the Bow Keepers was formed from the noblest warriors to liberate the people. They managed to capture the Gan-Ti pieces and throw them into the fire pits of Mount Sopheus near the shores of Orio Island.
With the artifacts' evil power suppressed, the monsters terrorizing the countryside were slain, and the ancient kings were overthrown. Peace came. However, recently, rumors have begun to circulate from Mount Sopheus, and the Elders have come to fear its eruption. With a reckless young king just taking the throne of Oria, will the powers of the Gan-Ti once again fall into the hands of the strongest, or can a new force rise to face the inevitable?Minimum
