This title features two gameplay modes: a text adventure, where children drawn to another world search for a way home with their monster friends; and a tactical battle mode, where they command allied monster units to fight against hostile monsters. ■ A story about the bonds between children and monsters, forged in fire during an adventure filled with danger on all sides. Young boys and girls on a camping trip are swallowed up by a sudden fog and lose consciousness. They awaken in a strange new world, where strange creatures and monsters run free. Their harsh new circumstances place them squarely in the crosshairs of this world's inhabitants. Facing fear and jumping at shadows, the children navigate their way to survival while building bonds with the monsters they meet. ■ This game offers a branching story determined by the choices made during your adventure, which affect the evolution of your monsters. The story progresses through text interactions, including conversations with other characters and investigations in various locations. Dialogue trees become available during conversations and investigations. Choices made at these points branch out the story, changing the evolution paths available to your partner monsters. ■Tactical battles against hordes of hostile monsters, using your monsters' moves and evolutions. Battles occur at regular intervals throughout the story, placing up to 10 units on the battlefield to fight. Monsters consume SP when unleashing moves and can evolve into unlocked forms. Use your monsters' abilities to fight, taking advantage of both the terrain and monster tendencies.
