The focus is on creating an atmosphere of great terror, suspense, and anticipation for the player. With a dark story and an escalating horror experience, the deeper you descend, Depth 6 is sure to keep you on the edge of your seat.
Story
The government has decided to seal off the entrance to the Purple Lavender Mine after over 117 people were reported dead in the mine and an additional 24 missing. This doesn't make sense; why would so many people have to die before action was taken to close the mine, and how could so many people enter when the mine is under constant surveillance?
The Purple Lavender Mine is scheduled to be sealed off tomorrow morning. This gives me enough time to quickly enter, document the area, and exit. There is something hidden, and I am determined to find out what it is.
Here is what I know so far about the Purple Lavender Mine:
1) It is said to have 6 depths, however, I don't believe this has been confirmed.
2) There is a rumor that the further you descend, the more distorted things will be. It seems the pressure is starting to affect your mind.
3) The original coal miners of about 70 years ago are a mystery. No one knows who they were or who their families were.
All that's left is to set out and hope for the best...
Depth 6 is a short horror game with an estimated completion time of about 60 minutes. Consequently, Depth 6 does not offer a save game function. Depth 6 must be completed in a single session.
