Inside the same place, the heroine wakes up incoherently, covered in blood, on a stretcher, unable to remember what she's doing there. Everything is very dark, but among the glowing lights, she can see several bodies lying on the floor, scattered objects, and, most importantly, she hears voices, which leads her to think that she may not be alone there. From that moment, she must act and escape quickly. During her escape, she realizes that the patients in this old psychiatric hospital are wandering around, and their only obsession seems to be ending her life. Here begins her restless search for the nearest exit.
She must explore the hospital to escape. On her long journey through the different rooms, she finds clues that reveal information about what happened there. Medical reports, documents, newspaper clippings... everything will be important because it will provide you with enough information to uncover the dark secret hiding there.
