Is Not Enough is a third-person action-adventure/survival horror game. The player must confront enemies, using weapons and other survival mechanics. They must solve various puzzles and slowly progress through the story.
The game tells the story of 35-year-old Jacob Hilton, specifically his experiences after Claire was seriously injured in a car accident. A few weeks after the accident, Claire's health begins to improve significantly, but before she can be discharged, she mysteriously disappears from the hospital. That same evening, an unknown woman approaches Jacob, claiming to know where his wife is and expressing her willingness to help him.
At this point, a dark journey begins, in a mysterious, remote location, where the main character will soon realize that his wife's disappearance is just a small incident in a mystery that must be unraveled. He soon finds himself embroiled in a cruel two-player game, filled with hatred, fear, and intrigue, and although he is not at the center, he is forced to adapt and survive—or at least that's what he thinks...
