What happens in a world where you're the last villain dead, the last quest completed, and the last chest opened?
In this world, long-dead heroes of the Old Ones are remembered and honored through a grand magical device. This device, known only as the Chronicon, is capable of opening a portal into the memories—and souls—of the Old Ones. Every year, a small group of men and women are given the great honor of reliving the stories of the Old Ones.
