The game's story involves discord and destruction between a powerful council, informally known as "The Library," who control a great force that once saved humanity, but now uses its power in protective, some say oppressive, ways.
A round is called a "Rebellion," and a match can consist of one to five "Rebellions." To win a round, one player must either incapacitate the other by dealing damage via various attacks to reduce their opponent's health to zero or by having more health remaining than their opponent after the timer expires. Each character has a weak, medium, and strong attack. Each character also has a "unique" technique called a Drive attack, which varies for each character.Minimum
