Description:
BioShock Infinite is a first-person action-adventure game set in 1912, long before the events of BioShock and BioShock 2. The game's main character is private investigator Booker DeWitt, who is hired by an unknown individual to rescue a girl named Elizabeth from a floating city called Columbia. Booker takes on the assignment and heads to Paradise, where he and Elizabeth will be drawn into a devastating war between the city's government and the rebel group Voice of the People. Gradually, step by step, Booker and Elizabeth get closer to solving the dark mystery hovering over the city.
The gameplay is reminiscent of the second part of the series - Booker is able to use special powers and firearms to confront numerous enemies. In addition, Booker can use a special "sky hook," which allows him to move along special rails placed between the islands of the flying city. Thanks to this, battles are spectacular and fast-paced, and their outcome depends solely on the player's dexterity and quick reaction time.
