: In the year 2028, they appeared. They claimed to be the ancient alien race of the human race. They came on the back of a Trojan horse of advanced knowledge and a peaceful world government. They were, to all who believed, the saviors of Earth and all humanity. The truth was that these armour-wielding abominations came from the bottomless depths of the sea, bound for millennia, and unshackled in these final days.
They promised a new age of enlightenment and directed evolution, if anyone would accept their authority and take their mark. Those who refused were banished to the Isle of the Fleece, to live unhindered, but separate from the rest of the "enlightened" world. By 2030, all of Earth had been claimed. Now their army has come for the Fleece. The few remaining resisters fight to survive and eventually escape the new world order.
