Bastide is a 13th-century city-building strategy game where you must guide your peasant village to thrive and survive against other villages, thieves, hunger, disease, and cold so they can grow and transform into a fortified town. To survive and grow, effective management of your peasants is crucial, with everything ready to cause chaos at any moment. There are multiple seasons and a day and night cycle.
In Bastide, there are many jobs you can assign your peasants to gather food and resources and expand the town.
Start from nothing and build your village into a large town. Using nearby resources, you must construct buildings and assign jobs, increasing resource and food production to enable survival and allow for growth.
Use the surrounding animals either for hunting or for pasture.
Hunting animals will provide meat, wool, and hides, allowing your people to obtain food, clothing, tools, and stay warm. Minimum
