Balan Wonderworld is a stunning platformer set around the Balan Theater. Emma and Leo, stars of a troupe led by the mysterious conductor Balan, use the powers of their different costumes in the gruesome and strange Wonderland, where memories and dreams from the real world merge with the things people truly cherish.
In Wonderland, 12 fairy tales await Emma and Leo, and none of them are alike. They will be able to explore every corner of the labyrinthine levels filled with puzzles and traps to reach the heart of each story.
The World of Miracles exists in the heads and hearts of people. This tale takes place in a wonderful and strange land where people's happy memories blend with their fears and bad thoughts. The mysterious clown Balan leads Leo and Emma to Wonderland, and they go in search of what truly matters to them. But to return to the real world, they need to restore balance within themselves...
Over 80 different costumes will help you in various situations. The stars of the show can harness the powers of Wonderland's inhabitants by wearing their colorful costumes! Destroy enemies, walk on air, stop time, or manipulate objects... Each new suit opens up new opportunities.
Two legendary authors are working together once again! Expect an exciting story from Square Enix and a dynamic, magical world created by the legendary Naka Yuji. For the first time in 20 years, Yuji Naka and Naoto Oshima teamed up to create the BALAN team! They gathered professionals in the fields of game, video, and music development, both inside and outside the company.
