"Back Then" is a first-person narrative game set in the mind of Thomas Elian, an elderly writer diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease.
The game, presented from a first-person perspective, is heavily story-driven and focuses heavily on interactions, puzzles, and detective exploration.
Stuck in a wheelchair, players find themselves lost in a house, discovering more about Thomas and his family by unlocking new rooms, collecting valuable items, achieving goals, and solving puzzles. Together, the player and Thomas try to discover who they are, listening to the inner dialogues of Thomas and his family, which illustrate their own struggles and opinions on the current situation.Minimum
