Build roads between different neighborhoods. Busy roads turn orange, then red when traffic slows down. Build more roads. Add palm leaves, culverts, bridges, and tunnels to direct your traffic where it needs to go.
The game starts in London. At the beginning of each city, there are only a few neighborhoods on the map. You can locate roads to connect neighborhoods. Vehicles from each neighborhood will periodically appear that need to travel to other neighborhoods. As you connect roads between unique neighborhoods, vehicles will travel along these roads to reach their destinations. Vehicles will remain parked in their home neighborhood until a route to the desired destination becomes available.Minimum
