The Cat Machine is a logic game, and also about cats. Cats ride trains. As we're all aware, the Earth's orbit around the Sun is kept stable by a huge, top-secret, underground machine. A machine where cats of various colors ride trains, as cats have done since time immemorial.
Without this secret mechanism, the Earth would surely collapse in on itself, perhaps with a satisfying cluck, but also with the unpleasant side effect of ceasing to exist.
The Cat Machine puts you to the task of designing that machine.
A fun logic puzzler, the game is about working out a solution, the right design that will 'process' multiple configurations of cat trains. Cats can only travel on tracks that are the same color as the cat itself (of course), and the cat at the front of the track decides where the entire train will go. Once a cat has traveled on a colored track, it flies off, as cats are known to do. The goal is, for each train, to get all the cats, including the white one at the end, to fly off into the void.
