Depending on the operation, the player will have either a Soviet T-62 medium tank or an American M60A1 main battle tank. The player can drive their tank from the driver's station, fire from the gunner's station, and command their tank crew and the entire unit from the commander's station. Each tank has an interactive cockpit, where the player can perform basic operations using the mouse: selecting the sight, switching between crew stations, storing the tank's equipment, and selecting the shell for loading.
The player can complete missions either by commanding a single tank (tank platoon) or by commanding other units in the tactical map mode. Each battle brings experience points and (possibly) awards to the player's crew and troops after the battle. In statistics mode, the player can view their results, see a detailed report on the shooting performance of their own and other units, as well as casualties and damage. Minimum
