Sequence is an isometric shooter.

We're used to seeing twin-stick shooters as dynamic, full of effects, where chaos ensues, bullets and shells fly in all directions, and the main character (the ship) gets lost in the background. In Sequence, however, everything is completely different. In its speed, the game resembles a puzzle game, calm and thoughtful, and every move has an impact. You have to dodge correctly, move correctly through difficult levels, and destroy enemies in the correct order.
