Schacht is a fast-paced 3D platformer focused on speed and competition, where you use different gameplay mechanics to complete a level as quickly as possible. The game features four tutorial levels where you can learn the basic mechanics.
After completing the tutorials, players can choose from several million different levels, randomly generated using a procedural algorithm. Hundreds of handcrafted passages form the basis of this algorithm. Additionally, players can compete against each other in so-called daily, weekly, and monthly challenges, which are based on pre-defined, randomly generated levels. The goal of the game is to complete levels as quickly as possible and score the highest points. These high scores are tracked and uploaded for each level.
