PsiloSybil
is a classic linear 3D platformer with a 90s-esque look and punishing difficulty. You must guide the brave mushroom Sybil through a colorful world filled with diabolical traps and defeat the evil master of all mushroom species, Lord Nutmeg, to free all mushroom species. In each hand-crafted level in PsiloSybil, where different gameplay styles and aesthetics alternate, you'll encounter a unique mushroom character held captive by Nutmeg's piglike tails. Liberating them won't be easy!
The game also offers timed track challenges and an optional arcade mode that respawns and removes collectible items. It's also completely mapped and uses no random elements, making it ideal for speedruns.
PsiloSybil seeks to recreate the look of classic PS1 titles. Not only are the world, characters, and objects designed and pixelated with consideration for the visual constraints and trends of the era, but a full range of visual effects, ranging from stabilization to composite analog video simulation, enhances the experience. All of this is customizable, and you have detailed control over every component.Minimum
