Polygod is a randomly generated FPS where you are an assassin known only as the "Blessed Faceless One." You must battle the minions of malevolent gods and their holy champions in an epic event known as the Trial of the Gods. Each level is randomly generated and features successive cult altars where you can exchange your souls for Blessings (which are like power-ups). Blessings collect and accumulate to create unique effects that will help you survive the grueling challenges in your quest for godhood. In the world of PolyGod, death is necessarily permanent, but with each new game comes a unique first-person experience. The art style is inspired by the metaphysical surrealist artist Giorgio de Chirico, who is famous for his eerie atmosphere and eerie cityscapes.
