PocketInvEditor is a resource editor for Minecraft. As far as I know, it allows you to edit resources and inventory. All settings are saved in data files that can be imported and exported. Additionally, the app allows you to create backups of your levels, and backups are saved to games/com.mojang/minecraftWorlds_backup/(world name)
