Our Past is a 3D first-person adventure game focused on puzzle-solving and a short story. You play as the main character, Patrick. The game takes place in Patrick's old house.
What happened in the past?
Patrick never met his parents. He was raised by his grandparents. He lived a completely normal life. But everything changed when the last and closest member of his family, his grandfather, died under unknown circumstances. That day, he ran away from home, and his life fell into chaos. He became a drug addict.
The present:
Years later, he returns home and hardly remembers anything from his recent past. But it's not a peaceful homecoming. He escaped from a terrible hospital a few days ago. Hunted by the police, he decided to hide in the only place he knows. Now all he wants is to find the truth behind his grandfather's death.
"Exhausted and worn to death, standing on the threshold of our old house. Ready... or rather forced to look at my past."
As you play, you'll get to know the main character's psychological side: his feelings, desires, and fears. Step by step, you'll delve deeper and deeper into his mind.
Game Features
Diary - A very useful game feature used to store collected diary pages and scratches on paper. The diary can be used at any time during the game to verify discovered information.
Map - You don't need special skills to use this map. It will never be lost.
Inventory - Collect and save important items and use them later.
Puzzle Solving - Solve puzzles to find the truth behind Grandpa Patrick's death.
