Leviathan Starblade is a vertically scrolling shoot 'em up game, but in addition to forward-facing guns, each player ship comes equipped with a cannon. This cannon can fire or move the Starblade in any direction. The Starblade can be used to cut through most enemy projectiles. Switch between guns and blades to combat your enemies, but you cannot activate both at the same time. Use your weapons wisely because if you let too many enemies through, you will lose the mission. While using the Starblade may protect you from being hit, it will also prevent you from shooting down aliens trying to invade Earth. Choose your weapons and tactics wisely.

– Customize your weapon set by selecting 2 of 9 guns with unique firing patterns and varying damage. Switch between your guns as you wish.
