Inunaki Tunnel (or Inunaki Village), which literally translates to Tunnel of Howling Dog, is a real place located in Miyawaka Town, Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan. It is a famous horror site where people were murdered or burned to death.
After numerous intruders, the tunnel is now sealed off with concrete blocks. Japanese law is said to not apply beyond the entrance to Inunaki. It is considered the scariest place in Kyushu and many horror stories originate from it.
