Throw items onto your ship and trade in other cities.
In the ocean, pirates will try to steal your goods.
It's up to you to become a pirate hunter or a pirate yourself.
Regarding weapons,
you can use mid-range weapons in most cases.
Flintlock rifles have chip bullets.
But the enemies are numerous and powerful, so you need better weapons.
