Information:
“This is my path to victory!”
A turn-based strategy game with card management and Rogue-like elements, with a touch of adventure feel.
Master the power of the three elements and explore a monster hell called the Elemental Abyss. The Elemental Abyss is a combination of card management, adventure gaming, and Rogue-like elements. If you’re already familiar with card-based Rogue-like games, you’ll be surprised; the Elemental Abyss blends these elements in a new and refreshing way.
Monster Encounters:
During each turn of an encounter, you’ll choose a path for your character. After choosing a path, your character will follow, attacking enemies along the way. This may sound simple, but it contains a deceptive amount of depth and complexity. The different tiles all belong to one of the three elements, which all behave slightly differently. By moving across the same element, you’ll tap into its power, becoming stronger for that turn. Should you power up for a single powerful attack, or is it better to choose a path that attacks the most enemies?
Building the Drum:
During the various encounters, you’ll have to equip your “essentials.” These will be drawn from a deck of cards, and their different powers will help you through the Abyss. Managing this deck of cards is an important part of your adventures, as you will only draw 3-6 cards per encounter. Try to manipulate the deck to find a strategy that suits you best.
roguelike
, the Abyss map doesn't change. This will give you a certain confidence that will bind you to an otherwise unchanging experience. Each adventure will be very different from the last, but by slowly pushing into the unknown, you'll be able to get closer to the bigger picture. This allows you to explore the Abyss in a way reminiscent of a traditional role-playing game. Minimum
