Driven Out is a 2D retro game with thoughtful combat and a 16-bit retro aesthetic. A farmer is forced to leave her home and enter a dangerous world in turmoil. She must face dangerous fantasy creatures. Fortunately
, she comes across a magical device that creates copies of herself if she dies. As long as this device has power, she can place custom checkpoints. However, it is fragile, and if enemies choose to attack it, it will quickly break.
Enemies are many and varied in this seamless world. The farmer has no experience in combat, but as long as she maintains her awareness and reads the enemies, she can succeed. Enemies are also not without intelligence and may choose to attack the checkpoint if it is left undefended.
