Everything you do between heroic, bloody battles in the arena matters. Your heroes earn you Glory. You can then spend Glory to acquire more heroes to throw into the meat grinder, unlocking new spells and cards, and changing the dynamic of the game. Then, they return to the arena to fight (or, if you're feeling bold, to dig up relics under fire). Victory or death! Literally, in fact: if you fail to manage your heroes properly, you face complete defeat and humiliation!Minimum
