Every character in the game is subject to the rules of chess, which means you'll have to think ahead and consistently. Start your journey with a Rook. You can move left, right, and forward, attacking enemy pawns directly in front of you. But don't even think about approaching them diagonally—you'll immediately be hit with a sword. The difficulty lies in the fact that as we progress through this chess puzzle , our character, and thus our rules of movement, will change.
