is a city-building strategy game set in an ocean world.
Build a floating city.
Plan your city's expansion by placing floating platforms that connect to each other. There are several types of buildings: Gatherers, Production, Hunters, Military, and Utility. Resources are delivered in real time for construction and production by your villagers.
Manage a growing population.
Your city's population will always increase! Manage the happiness and nutrition levels of your villagers to keep them alive. Try to balance resource production with the increasing population that demands more and more. Combat diseases and fires that can disrupt your city.
Explore with your powerful city.
In this ocean world, there are floating resources and debris to exploit, but they won't always head your way. You can move your city to take advantage of resources that give your buildings a production boost. Most of these resources are vital for developing large cities, and some are even essential for survival!
Look out for sharks, abandoned ships, and take advantage of the increased whale population (or not).
Fight for your survival.
Pirates will attack you if they notice your city. You can train guards to defend your city from invaders. Place wreck cannons to destroy large numbers of pirates in one fell swoop, but beware of friendly fire!
