Modularis is an isometric real-time strategy game.

It could be said that real-time strategy (RTS) games are gradually dying out. Players don't care much (perhaps simply because of discomfort) about building units, commanding large forces, or developing tactics. It's easier and more interesting to choose a specific hero and exploit him exclusively, as in some MOBAs . Modularis, being a genuine real-time strategy game, allows you to view the genre from a different perspective.
