Breaking the Gates is an action - RPG in the form of a platformer.
For the game to be engaging, it doesn't necessarily overwhelm the player with its possibilities, complex controls, and numerous plot twists. With only five buttons (three of which are control), multiple equipment types, and a single upgrade system, we get an excellent platformer with colorful graphics, fun characters, and simple gameplay. This is enough to have a good time without wasting it searching for opponents, learning mechanics, and other unnecessary things.
